Dina Foods books in at Food and Drink Leisure Expo

Mediterranean food supplier Dina Foods will be showcasing its range of authentic breads, savouries and confectionery at the upcoming Food and Drink Leisure Expo, at the NEC, Birmingham on November 10 and 11.
London-based Dina Foods, on stand 4222, will be one of 500 exhibitors at the two-day Expo, which brings together suppliers of food and drink, equipment and packaging to the out of home sector.
Dina Foods will be displaying a selection of its traditional artisanal flatbreads, ranging from Pitta to its signature Paninette® wraps to Lavash, Naans and Chapatti.
A variety of its vegan savouries, including its wide range of falafel, from beetroot falafel to the best-selling sweet potato version, and hummus will also be on display. Dina Foods’ falafel notably attained Vegan Society registration.
The company has seen demand boom for its convenient falafel and flatbreads in recent months as food-to-go operators develop plant-based ranges, says Dina Foods’ Assistant General Manager and Project Director Wilda Haddad.
Dina Foods will also showcase its premium quality Baklawa, which are proving ever more popular in the café sector as an accompaniment to a hot drink.
The traditional Baklava assortments will be available to sample in food-safe individually packaged portions.
Wilda Haddad says that Dina Foods is looking forward to meeting customers and making new contacts at the Show.
“All our products across our confectionery, savouries and breads business are versatile and convenient and so ideal for the leisure and hospitality sector. This will be a great opportunity to show visitors our high-quality ranges,” she says.
